We ship our herbal products across Canada.
Products are shipped by the least expensive and fastest carrier.
Our retail customers ordering $99.99 and less (before taxes) will pay applicable same day shipping. We offer free shipping on all orders of $100.00 or more (before taxes and discount coupon).
Natural Care is not responsiblelost or damaged packages and/or delivery errors. Please verify your delivery address before placing your order (fees of $12.00 + taxes apply for an incorrect or incomplete address). Do not hesitate to contact us in case of any problem.
Our custodian clientsmust order $250.00 or more (before taxes) to get free shipping.
The lead time from when you order to when you receive your order is usually 5-7 business days, except in the case of courier delay, out of stock (we will notify you and suggest alternatives) or at your request (e.g. if you are on vacation).

TAXES AND CURRENCY
Sales taxes are calculated according to your province of origin (in Canada). In Quebec, the following sales taxes are applicable: GST 5% QST 9.975%. Our prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Exchanges and refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our herbal products, simply return it, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and your full contact details, by insured and prepaid shipment to the following address: Les Soins au Naturel, 99 rue de la Perdrix Magog, Quebec, J1X0M6, Canada.Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase. We will credit your account, or refund your credit card.
*Gift certificatesare not refundable. We do not undertake to refund a product that has already been used, except in the case of a manufacturing problem. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchange and refund of a defective goodx What the law says: The Consumer Protection Act provides that goods must be able to be used for normal use for a reasonable period of time. Thus, the merchant who sold you a good (or its manufacturer) has obligations when a good is defective. Regardless of their exchange or refund policy, they must, at their option:
repair the property;
Our policyl: We can refund or exchange a product if:
It was damaged during shipment (if purchased online);
Clearly there was a manufacturing defect;
It has not been used or opened and purchased within 10 days or less.
*No soap, shampoo will be exchanged or refunded unless there is a major defect during its manufacture.
Exchange and refund of a non-defective good What the law says: Do you want to exchange the property you bought or get a refund? If the good is not defective, the law does not oblige merchants to accept your request. Policies set by merchants Merchants are not required to have an exchange and refund policy. If they choose to have one, they are free to set the conditions. On the other hand, they are required to respect the rules that they have provided for therein, where applicable. Documents to provide to the merchant when you go to the store for the purpose of obtaining an exchange, a refund or a credit note, have on hand either:
any document mentioning the conditions of exchange and refund of the good;
instructions for use and maintenance;
any warranty document.
This will save staff from doing unnecessary research, which can make it easier to return.
Cancellation of a purchase made online, by email or by phone Here is our policy for online orders, as indicated on our website: If you change your mind about your purchase, you can cancel the order. You must email us email@example.com If your order has already been dispatched at the time of cancellation, you must return the products ordered to us at your expense. Upon receipt of the products, we will credit your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
